Contrasting music videos

Music videos use media language such as the use of colour to create different effects to fit the meaning of the song and the musician’s image. I got you and slow hands use very different post-production techniques. Slow hands have been in the editing process to create a monochrome effect. This effect helps to support the serious narrative that is being explored. In contrast, I got you has a highly up beat look, where colours have been highlighted in editing, to create a more vibrant look that fits with the up-beat, fun song.

What you say is true and interesting but unfortunately in our exam the examiners are looking for analysis of our 2 music video set texts, which are S8Boi and Teenage Dirtbag.
